Delivered observability initiatives across cloud and containerized environments, helping organizations improve how they monitor services and detect operational issues.
Challenge
Teams needed better visibility into infrastructure and application performance, but existing monitoring setups were fragmented and harder to evolve.
Approach
Configured Dynatrace monitoring capabilities, supported dashboard migration from Grafana, and refined alerting so monitoring became more actionable instead of just noisier.
Outcome
The result was stronger observability coverage and better monitoring foundations for ongoing platform operations.

SECURE_INFRA_AUTOMATION
Secure infrastructure automation
Contributed to infrastructure automation and security hardening work that made provisioning more repeatable while supporting compliance-focused environments.
Challenge
Infrastructure needed to be provisioned consistently while also meeting stricter security and compliance expectations across cloud workloads.
Approach
Used Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD to automate provisioning and configuration, while hardening AWS AMIs based on the standards required by the environment.
Outcome
This created more reliable infrastructure workflows and a stronger operational baseline for secure platform delivery.

Platform and cloud operations support
Supported day-to-day platform engineering work across container environments, cloud services, identity integration, and infrastructure operations.
Challenge
Platform environments spanned multiple clouds and operating models, so operational support required consistency across tooling, systems, and team workflows.
Approach
Worked across Kubernetes operations, cloud platform support, Keycloak-based authentication services, storage services, and collaboration workflows using GitLab and GitHub.
Outcome
The work strengthened the operational consistency of the environments and supported DevOps-oriented delivery practices across engineering teams.
